Digital Products & Services with Karen Sidell of It’s Playtime Tots are non-refundable. For all other products please see our Refund Policy.
It’s Playtime Tots reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to the products and services if the need arises.
NO RESALE OF SERVICE PERMITTED
It is not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the products and services (including course materials), or access to any courses or material. This agreement is not transferrable or assignable without the Karen’s prior written consent.
NO TRANSFER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
It’s Playtime Tots copyrighted and original materials shall be provided to for your individual use only and a single-user license. Use any of It’s Playtime Tots intellectual property shall not be authorised to be shared, copied, distributed, or otherwise disseminate any materials received from It’s Playtime Tots electronically or otherwise without the prior written consent of Karen Sidell. All intellectual property, including It’s Playtime Tots copyrighted course materials, shall remain the sole property of the It’s Playtime Tots. No license to sell or distribute It’s Playtime Tots materials is granted or implied.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
It’s Playtime Tots services & products are used at your own risk. Karen Sidell and It’s Playtime Tots will not be held liable for any damages of any kind resulting or arising from, including but not limited to; direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages happening from the use or misuse of the products or services.
COMMENTS, COMPLIMENTS AND COMPLAINTS
Karen strives to provide a high-quality service that meets your needs. If you have enjoyed working with Karen and you feel that you and your family have benefited from her expertise, please consider leaving a video or written review.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the service Karen has provided, within the terms and conditions stated here, then in the first instance, please contact Karen personally, who will try to resolve the dissatisfaction. Karen is fully insured for her work as a Play Expert & Parenting Mentor.

1. PAYMENT AND PRICING
1.1. The price of subscription will be as quoted on the website at the point of signing up, except in cases of obvious error.
1.2. We may change the price of membership from time to time; however, any price changes will apply no earlier than 30 days following notice to you via email.
1.3. Payment is by credit or debit card, processed by Stripe (www.stripe.com) . We will charge your card at the point you sign up, and then on subsequent renewal dates for the lifetime of the membership until cancelled.
1.4. It’s Playtime Tots accepts no liability for banking charges incurred as a result of the membership fee being taken
2. RENEWAL & CANCELLATION
2.1. The Tot’s Playtime Box subscription is an ongoing service, so your subscription is continuous and renews automatically until you cancel it.
2.2. Your 1st payment will be taken upon purchase & then your subscription will renew on the 1st of each month, payment will automatically be taken on your renewal date.
2.3. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so via the ‘My Subscription’ section of your Account. Please note you will need to cancel your subscription before your next payment is taken for the following months box. Please note the minimum terms for subscriptions is 2 months so you can only cancel once 2 payments have been processed.
2.5. Alternatively you can choose to pause (suspend) your subscription for up to 2 months, this can be done in the ‘My Subscription’ section of your Account. Your subscription will be reactivated after 2 months & you will continue to renew monthly.
2.6. Tot’s Playtime Box was previously known as It’s Playtime Packs
1. CANCELLATION POLICY
1.1. One to one sessions may be rescheduled if 24 hours or more notice is given without incurring any charges. Late cancellation or no-shows will be charged an extra fee of £25.
1.2. Missed sessions will not be refunded, nor will they be rescheduled. No refunds are issued once the coaching calls/support has commenced.
2. REARRANGED SUPPORT CALLS
2.1. Coaching calls must be rearranged 24 hours or more before your appointment where possible.
2.2 If Karen has to cancel, she will offer an alternative appointment which will be mutually convenient to both parties.
3. NO SUBSTITUTE FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT
3.1 Support from Karen is not a substitute for medical, nutritional, psychological or therapeutic care, and it is also not a substitute for counselling, diagnosis, treatment or any other type of medical care.
3.2 Please consult your doctor or other suitably qualified professional if you have any concerns regarding you or your child’s health or wellbeing.
4. DISCLAIMER OF GUARANTEES
4.1. Support from Karen Sidell is educational, informative and supportive. You accept and agree that you are 100% responsible for the progress and results from the products and services and that you are the one vital element to the success of the outcome.
4.2. Karen endeavors to provide you with supportive, compassionate, developmentally and age appropriate, respectful information that fits with your parenting style.
5.1. The term “Confidential Information” shall mean information which is not generally known to the public relating to the Client’s business or personal affairs. Karen agrees not to disclose, reveal or make use of any Confidential Information learned of through transactions, during discussion or in the support session or otherwise, without your written consent.
5.2. Karen shall keep your Confidential Information in strictest confidence and shall use its best efforts to safeguard all Confidential Information and to protect it against disclosure, misuse, espionage, loss and theft.
6. EQUALITY AND NON-DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICE
6.1. Karen promotes an inclusive, non-judgmental service, and will not knowingly discriminate against anyone on the basis of their race, sexual orientation, parenting style, disability, cultural beliefs, marital status or religion.
6.2. If there is anything you would like Karen to be aware of, please make this clear in the initial questionnaire that you complete regarding your child’s.
7. CHILD SAFETY
7.1. You understand that if Karen is concerned for the welfare of your child, she has a duty to report this to the relevant health and/or safeguarding service in your local area. This will always be with your knowledge except in cases where the immediate safety of the child takes priority.
1.1. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless your item is faulty.
1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
1.3. We are unable to return personalised items unless they are faulty.

2. Refunds (if applicable)
2.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
2.2. Your original payment method will be credited.
3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
3.1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Sale items (if applicable)
4.1. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
5. Exchanges (if applicable)
5.1. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 1 The Fields, Hingham, Norfolk, NR9 4JG, United Kingdom.
5.2. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5.3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
